A Few Questions About Those Who Have Tried Nutrisystem To Help Lose Weight.?

How is the food shipped? Is is frozen? Is it dried? Do I need a freezer as big as a piano case?
Is every cooked in the microwave oven?
Is it any good? Does it really keep you feeling full?
Does/did it really work? Without being too personal, did you lose the weight you wanted to and, more importantly, have you keep it off?
